The storefront is waitlist-first. These pages describe what happens now and what will happen when checkout opens — not a different story hiding behind Our Story.

SHIPPING

Nothing ships yet. Joining the waitlist or adding a live Shopify item to your bag does not start a delivery.

When a drop opens, shipping options and costs will appear at checkout. We expect to ship from the United States to U.S. addresses first. Campus and custom group orders are produced after the brief is confirmed and, for school marks, after licensing is approved.

You’ll get a confirmation email when an order is placed and another when it leaves.

RETURNS

There is nothing to return until a paid order ships. Waitlist signups and inquiry forms are not purchases.

After checkout opens, unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom, campus-licensed, and group-drop pieces are made to order and are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

SIZING

Apparel sizes are body measurements in inches. If you sit between two sizes, take the larger one.

Caps are one size. Drinkware, cases, and small goods are not sized.

FAQ

Can I buy this today?: Concept catalog pieces are waitlist only. Live inventory, when it exists, is on Store and checks out through Shopify.
Does an account keep my bag?: Your Shopify bag stays in this browser after you sign in or out. Signing in does not move it to another device.
Are campus designs official?: No. Campus pages are concept previews. Nothing with a school mark ships until that school licenses it.
How do custom drops work?: Send a brief on Custom. We reply with feasibility, timing, and a minimum. No payment is taken from the form.
