We collect the email and details you submit: waitlist signups, account authentication, campus or custom inquiries, and — when checkout exists — order information through Shopify.

Account sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth. Live checkout is handled by Shopify. We use that data to run the waitlist, answer briefs, and fulfill orders. We do not sell mailing lists.

You can ask us to delete a waitlist or inquiry record by writing through the Custom contact form from the same email address.

The site shows brand concepts, a waitlist, and any live Shopify inventory. Concept imagery is not a promise that a SKU is in stock or licensed.

Creating an account lets you sign in on this site. Your bag is stored in this browser and reconciled with Shopify; it is not a guaranteed cross-device cart.

Campus names, colors, and marks appear as design direction only. Custom and campus inquiries are requests, not contracts, until we confirm them in writing.

Please Don’t Feel Free may update these terms as checkout and licensing change. The date at the top is the current version.

Waitlist joins, notify-me requests, and inquiry forms do not charge a card, so there is nothing to refund there.

Paid Shopify orders that have not shipped can be canceled for a full refund. After delivery, unused standard pieces may be returned under the returns window. Made-to-order, campus-licensed, and group-drop pieces are refunded only when they arrive damaged or not as confirmed.

Refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
